Happy Good Medicine Wednesday! I’ve enjoyed a day filled with so much goodness, connecting and reconnecting, that I’ve got a spontaneous special announcement!
I started #goodmedwed the winter after my first amazing Glacier Quest retreat. I longed for the sense of connection, strength, and vitality I felt on retreat, so I started scheduling time each mid-week to step away from my work and reconnect to my favorite people, places, animals, and other healing practices. Most Wednesdays I post a Facebook live, sharing my good medicine for the week and inviting others to join me in exquisite self care.
Today was especially good medicine.
First of all, I just got off the phone with a great old friend I haven’t spoken to in ELEVEN years! So great to reconnect, Jeremy.
2nd, the owlets I visit every week are growing. I’ve been hiking to their nest every week to reconnect.
3rd, it’s only 4 months til I get to reconnect with one of my favorite places and share it with some of my favorite people and animals: my Glacier Quest women’s retreat in Glacier National Park!
I ended the day inspired, wondering how I could share my renewed sense of connection to dear people, places, animals, and practices.
And then it hit me!
That’s where the special announcement comes in.
In celebration, I’m extending the Early Bird Special til the end of April! Through April, you can save money whether you pay in full or opt for a payment plan. And for the first time ever, I’m going to extend the opportunity for a 6-month payment plan, even though the retreat is in four months.
Yep, you can attend retreat even if you haven’t yet paid in full. Gulp. I know, right?!
Gents, if you know a lady who would like to join, please pass this invitation along. If you’d like your own retreat or a co-ed retreat, I’m all for it. Just let me know!
If you’d like to learn more about Glacier Quest, please read on.
First 2 days and nights at Dancing Spirit Ranch
In addition to quiet time to explore and enjoy the sacred stone sites on this 160-acre private retreat space, I’ll lead sacred intention setting and other special activities to start our medicine walk off on the right foot. Dancing Spirit is the kind of serene, joyful space that allows for a total re-set. With a pond, a secret garden, a labyrinth, and a view into Glacier National Park, you’ll bask in the deep connection to nature, quiet, and your inner wisdom.
Did I mention your meals will be lovingly prepared by private chef?
You won’t want to leave Dancing Spirit Ranch.
I get it!
And? You’ll feel the same way about Glacier National Park and the Many Glacier Historic Lodge, for different reasons.
Next 3 days and 2 nights in Glacier National Park
On the morning of our third day, we’ll travel the must-see Going-to-the-Sun Road to Glacier Park. We’ll hike each of our three days in GNP, and stay two nights in rooms with lakeside balconies at my favorite historic hotel, the Many Glacier Lodge.
Our plan is for an intrepid Glacier Guide to once again join us in Glacier as trail guide and naturalist. I’ll continue to lead special mindfulness and medicine activities on the trail, leaving lots of time for meditative walking, integration, and our guidess’s amazing trail-side interpretation.
Hiking: Our guide and I will choose trails based on your abilities. Generally, plan on easy to moderate hiking, covering 5 – 10 miles per day, with lots of contemplative stops along the way. We’ll provide options for distance and difficulty and no hiker will be left behind. Unless you want to be left behind, that is – staying at Many Glacier Lodge provides a great opportunity to opt out of the hike if you need some extra R&R.
The early bird discount payment options are:
Single payment $3,797
Or 3 payments of $1282 (additional $100)
Or 6 payments of $658 (additional $200)
Early bird prices will end FOR REAL on April 30. Don’t miss out on this special pricing!
Again, here’s the retreat page with all the details. And here’s the registration page, with early bird pricing through April only.
I’d love it if you’d join us!
