worried about losing job

I’m watching the news and seeing the Facebook posts so I completely understand if you’re feeling worried about your job.

Recently, I posted a free Career Strategy for Scary Times worksheet (click here if you still need to check it out!) and today I’d like to help you make the most of that worksheet – and provide you the secret to overcoming fear, even about your job – by sharing a short video with you.

When faced with the worry of losing your job, or you’ve lost your job already, you’ll experience a roller coaster of emotions.

You’ll likely try to go straight into rational problem-solving like applying to 1,000 online jobs, trying to cut all extra household spending, and quickly updating your LinkedIn profile.

But when you’re stressed, you might freeze and find yourself unable to think or take action. Or you might go into a frenzy of activity, but without optimal executive function, those actions might now actually be productive.

So, what to do?

Grab the worksheet, then check out the video below. My one on one clients pay me big bucks for this kind of coaching, but I’m sharing it with you for free. Because I care. Because it’s my mission to help you keep your job or get a new one. And because pandemics suck.

Ahhhhhh. I bet you’re feeling less worried about your job already, after following along with that video! That’s the power of managing your mind, my friend.

Sign up for the free worksheet and I’ll land in your inbox very soon with another small action step to help you find your next job or keep your existing one.

Stay healthy out there.
